His musical journey began in 2003 in his native Argentina, rooted in the powerful foundations of Rock and Metal. It evolved through the complex structures of Progressive and Psychedelic Rock, before leading him to the sophisticated language of Modern Jazz. This process culminated with his formal studies in a Diploma in Drum Performance (UNR, 2017) and an Advanced Studies in Jazz program. Building on this formal education, his artistic exploration deepened further into the Afro-American rhythmic traditions, expanded into the creation of ambient and soundscape productions, and was refined through the practice of improvisation in multiple jam sessions.

Rodrigo's work often explores the intersection of acoustic and electronic music. His diverse experience includes collaborations in theatrical musicals, composing for theater and video games, and facilitating sound therapy. This multidisciplinary trajectory has shaped his deep understanding of how music influences narrative, connects with people, and transforms environments.

Now an active part of Berlin's multicultural music scene, he brings this wealth of influence into his teaching. Rodrigo works with students of all ages, blending structured learning in technique, rhythm, and notation with the creativity of playing along to songs, improvising, and composing.

His teaching philosophy is holistic: he believes learning drums is more than mastering an instrument; it's a way to develop focus, coordination, perseverance, and a creative voice. He prioritises a supportive, encouraging environment where lessons are tailored to each student's goals, and mistakes are seen as a natural part of the journey.

Rodrigo speaks English, German, and Spanish.
